The Eight Hours War between the USA and Block 3 destroyed the former, and cemented the latter. This victory however, hinged upon one critical factor, Block 3 had a vastly superior informational warfare capability to that of the world's predominant superpower.

Where did this come from? How did the former third world disable the ballistic missile arsenal of the mightiest nation on the planet? How were sophisticated aircraft, and warships bricked on the airfield, in the ports and on the high seas? What force was able to penetrate, and destroy, the financial records of the corporate powerhouses of the USA?

How was America broken?

Someone in the Federated States of America has found out, and they're preparing for retribution. Retribution with extreme prejudice.

In Europe there are places you shouldn't go.

Years upon years of conflict have created strange zones. Mutagens, carcinogens, the pollution of war. Toxic areas where the locals and wildlife struggle on regardless, like those few farmers that stayed on their land near Chernobyl.
